our stay at Victorian Suites was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a comfy bed, a lovely shower, and plenty of tea bags and sugar in our room. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the communal kitchen and lounge area were a nice bonus. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
When it comes to food for breakfast, it could be improved by offering a variety of coffee options.

Food for breakfast could be better.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within easy reach. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the shower was lovely. The hotel provided a generous amount of tea bags and sugar, and we appreciated the nice bikkie and crisps. The hotel was spotlessly clean, which is always a plus. We also enjoyed the communal kitchen and lounge area, which was well-equipped and allowed us to store and enjoy our own food.
Nothing, all excellent.

The location was superb, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were unbelievably clean and had a modern touch. The kitchen and bedrooms were well equipped, making our stay super convenient. Communication with the staff was a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bottles and crisps. The little separated kids room with bunk beds was mind-blowing. Parking was free and we had access to free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The touch of leaving crisps and Prosecco in the room was jaw-dropping.

We had a great stay at Victorian Suites. the location was perfect, close to everything. the bed was incredibly comfy and the shower was lovely. They provided plenty of tea bags and sugar, although we would have liked some coffee too. the room was spotlessly clean, as expected from a new renovation. We also appreciated the communal kitchen and lounge area, which was well equipped. Cons: Nothing not to like. 😊.

The rooms at Victorian Suites are like stepping into a cozy home away from home. The flat-screen TV is perfect for chilling out and catching up on my favorite shows. The electric kettle in the double room is a bonus, making it easy to enjoy a warm cup of tea whenever I want.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the design of the units in the hotel. It's just my subjective opinion though, as others might find it appealing.

The communication regarding credit card details for a deposit may have seemed unusual for some guests.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value for our money. The room was lovely, clean, and modern, with the added bonus of a separate kids room with bunk beds. The location was perfect, close to all the shops, bars, and seafront. The staff were friendly and treated us well.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved by offering a wider variety of coffee options, as there was a coffee machine but no coffee or pods provided. It would have been helpful to have some information on what pods to use or where to buy them.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to shops, bars, and the seafront. The room was lovely, clean, and modern, with the added convenience of a separate kids room with bunk beds. The service provided by the staff was fantastic, with great customer service and complementary items like crisps and Prosecco in the room.
One negative aspect was the lack of maintenance in certain areas, such as the toilet not flushing properly and the tap hanging off. It was also disappointing to encounter a strong smell of damp in the bathroom, which had been poorly dealt with.

This hotel offers unmatched luxury, with exclusive amenities and top-tier service. Upon arrival, I was treated like a VIP and my needs were exceeded at every turn. the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, complete with high-end finishes and private facilities. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, making for a truly unforgettable experience.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the location. While the hotel is situated in a beautiful area, it was a bit further from the main attractions than I had anticipated.
